Barbara asks councillors to dig deep for kids to see panto

LAST YEAR, Thurrock Councillors dug deep to pay for tickets for looked after children so that they could go to the Thameside pantomime.

Portfolio holder, cllr Barbara Rice has asked councillors to do the same again (oh no she hasn’t. Enough it is only October-Ed).

At last nights (Wed) meeting of the full council, Barbara said: “There were so many young persons who were delighted to get the chance to see the Thameside panto.

“This year it is Aladdin. I do hope we can do the same again.

Details of the panto can be found by clicking the banner on the front page of the YT site.
