A 22 YEAR old man from Grays has been charged with three offences following an incident in St Chads Road, Tilbury on October 31 around 10.20pm where a Ford Transit Tipper failed to stop for police and collided with three vehicles and a house.
He has been charged with failing to stop for police , possession of an offensive weapon and driving without consideration to other road users. He has been released on conditional bail to appear at Magistrates Court in Basildon on November 10 (2.15pm).
