Ryman Div One North
Harlow Town 3 v 0 Tilbury
AFTER beating Enfield it looked like Tilbury would go from strength to strength but it was not to be as they succumbed to another defeat, this time, 3-0 at Harlow Town.
To be fair, the Hawks are one of the form sides in the league in what is looking like a very exciting run in.
The Dockers are only two points off the play offs with seventeen games left.
But discipline will also be key and it will not have helped their cause to have players such as Harry Cook, who when subbed, jumps over the barriers to confront fans.
Sure, it was Harlow fans, who have, since time immemorial, had something of a charisma by-pass but, Harry, may face a penalty for his actions.
The day started badly after Paul King was sent off for a foul on Jeff Hammond after twenty six minutes.
In the 34th minute, Danny Brown gave the Hawks the lead from the spot after Conor Mead was judged to have fouled Hammond.
Harlow wrapped things up in the 54th minute when Deane’s shot sailed over keeper James Marrable from 22 yards out.
Harlow grabbed a third on 78 minutes.
