A CLACTON man has appeared in court charged with producing a cannabis factory in Tilbury.
The charges relate to a factory with 492 plants discovered on the 7th November last year.
Marc Bryan (28), Crown Road, Clacton, entered no plea at Basildon magistrates court.
Bryan was also charged with the dishonest use of electricity to the value of £1408.
The case was adjourned until 14th March.
Bryan was released on unconditonal bail.
