IF you go down to the library “today” you’re sure of a big surprise!
Thurrock Council’s Library Services’ popular bedtime story night is back ― this year at Stanford-le-Hope, Grays and Aveley.
These popular family reading nights are a great way to enjoy the experience of listening to stories with your child.
If your youngster is aged four or upwards all you need to do is pre-book your ticket (as places are limited), turn up for 6pm and bring their teddy, a pillow and yourself or another grown-up.
In return there will be an exciting hour of storytelling fun, a hot chocolate drink and cookies.
Tickets are available from each of the library venues and cost £1 each.
The dates are: Stanford-le-Hope Library, Monday, 27 February; Grays Library, Friday, 2 March; and Aveley Library, Monday, 5 March.
