1330 hrs. THE CHIEF FIRE Officer for the Essex Fire Service has told YourThurrock that they are actively attacking the fire.
The billowing smoke has decreased significantly but the fire service are now attacking the fire with expansion foam.
The chief explains what will happen over the next few hours.
