Kiss FM has announced the return of ‘The Kiss Chosen One’ – a search for the station’s next presenter.
The winner of last year’s campaign, AJ King, now has a permanent slot on the Kiss roster with the station aiming to discover more new talent this year reports musicweek.com
Live auditions will be taking place in various shopping centres in and around London, with the first one taking place this Saturday (March 10) at Lakeside.
A judging panel will be made up of Kiss Group programme director Andy Roberts and members of the Kiss FM on-air team who will shortlist the five best entrants from each heat.
From there, the remaining few will be set tests and challenges where the public can vote for their favourite personality.
Finally, the Kiss team will review the final five and crown the most successful contestant ‘The Kiss Chosen One’.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for someone,” said Roberts. “They’ll be heard and seen by millions of people who listen and watch Kiss each week.
“I can’t wait to find our next Kiss Presenter,” he added.
