We caught up with the team in Stanford-le-Hope recently. The proper word for what they do is parkour.
There is a parkour park in the Spiderfield in Purfleet and they also hope to get something built in Grays Park.
They are also getting involved with the SX Urban Games in September which is a showcase of urban sports (Skate boarding, rollerblading, BMXing etc).
