Police angle for clues after theft of fishing equipment

Essex Police is appealing for information from the public about an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a burglary. Police have issued the attached e-fit picture of a man who was reported as being near the scene in Sabina Road, Grays on Monday afternoon April 16 between 2.30 pm and 3.10pm.

The house was broken into and a messy search carried out. Jewellery, cash and fishing equipment was stolen. This included an Ambassade Morrum 770 and another black fishing rod a Kingsright Carbon Glass with “handmade by Fred King of Tunbridge Wells” on it.

Anyone who thinks they may recognise the man, or who has any sort of information, is asked please to contact Pc Joanne Borawski or her colleagues at Grays police station on 101, or you can leave information anonymously with Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111
