A DERELICT building was set alight on Monday night in Woodward Heights, Grays.
Firefighters tackled a fire involving a derelict demountable building in the grounds of a disused school.
Using one hose reel jet crews had extinguished the blaze by 20:21hrs.
The cause of the fire has been recorded as deliberate.
