THE rise of Girls Cricket this year at Gable Hall School has continued.
The U13 and U15 teams both competed in the Essex hardball and softball competitions and the girls have been rewarded with a new kit.
The Lady Taverners, who are a charitable society that raise funds for girls to participate in sports such as Cricket, donated around £500 worth of kit to help with the continuation of the development of Cricket at the school.
The girls are very grateful to receive this and are excited for next years competitions.
