NGAGE ARE hosting a Volunteer Afternoon Tea on Tuesday September 11th from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
They are hoping to encourage parents of children who are now back at school, jobseekers and retired people who would like to do some volunteering in their community.
They can come along for free refreshments and to find out more about volunteering.
A variety of organisations will be there to promote their volunteering opportunities.
The event is at The Beehive near Argent Street, Grays.
