FIRE CREWS attended at Tilbury docks at lunchtime today (Monday)
Crews used one hose reel to tackle a small fire within a digger at Berth 2.
At 12:59 hrs, the incident commander reported that the fire appears to be out and that further inspection was being made by firefighters.
The number of appliances (six) sent to the scene from ECFRS’ regular attendance for incidents at the Docks.
