TWO MEN FROM GRAYS have been charged in connection with the theft of a disabled boy’s wheelchair in Hertfordshire reports the Watford Observer.
Herts Constabulary said, Florin Axima, 36, of Vicarage Square in Grays, Essex, and Gheorghita Stan, 28, of William Street, Grays, Essex, have since been released on police bail.
The pair had been arrested after the theft of the wheel chair from outside a home in Oaklands Avenue, Oxhey on June 6.
They are due to appear before St Albans Magistrates’ Court on June 18.
