EVERYONE loves FREE events to keep the kids entertained, but before the schools break up for the summer holiday, intu Lakeside is inviting parents to bring their toddlers in to play.
This week there’s a Mini Monster Summer Camp passport for babies and toddlers to get stamped each day that they visit and on day seven (Sunday) they’ll ‘graduate’ from the Mini Monster Summer Camp.
The Mini Monster Summer Camp schedule of events:
Monday: baby sensory with plenty of space for little ones to roll around
Tuesday: meet an astronaut and learn all about space
Wednesday: arts and crafts for little ones
Thursday: drama classes
Friday: mini musical instruments
Saturday: Cupcake decorating
Sunday: Graduation day
This week is just the start of intu Lakeside’s programme of FREE summer kids’ activities. The remaining six weeks of the Monster Summer Camp have a different theme each week from music to art, cooking and science. There’s even something for the adults, too, with special treats for parents and carers throughout the seven weeks.
This year, each week of the Monster Summer Camp will be located somewhere different around the centre, so look out for it when you’re on your travels!
