JULY 31st was World Ranger Day and Thurrock’s rangers joined in the celebrations.
A barbeque and glow-worm walk was organised at Langdon Hills Country Park with around 30 friends and volunteers from Langdon Hills and Coalhouse raising £150 towards the Thin Green Line foundation, bringing the overall total raised by the Thurrock Council’s ranger service to £1,000.
