JACK and the Beanstalk is a great hit with all the family whether you are 3 or 103 years old and as you are aware is this year’s GIANT of a Pantomime at the Thameside Theatre in Grays running from Friday 6 December 2013 to Sunday 5 January 2014.
Leading the cast is the lovely Natalie Cassidy as the Fairy, who we all know as Sonia Jackson in EastEnders and more recently Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Big Brother.
West End star Wain Douglas who has been a favourite with the audience at the Thameside Panto in recent years returns as Dame Tilly Trott.
Auditions for local youngsters took place before the holidays and the successful lucky performers who will be taking part in this year’s production are:

A record breaking 150 children turned up for the auditions and Darren Maddison, Producer of Polka Dot Pantomimes, alongside Director Lorinda King and Choreographer Vicky Bushell were very impressed with the high level of ability from all the youngsters.
They will meet up in November to start rehearsals before the big opening on Friday 6 December 2013.
