THURROCK Council’s library service hosted an “alien invasion” day at the Thameside Theatre, Grays, which saw children and families coming face to face with the evil menaces.
The day proved popular with children having the opportunity to be creative with arts and craft, making time clocks and building their own Dalek!
Visitors also had the chance to enter the competitions to win a Kobo Glo e-book reader and some Doctor Who goodies.
