POLICE officers in Thurrock have issued an Efit of a man they want to identify in connection with an attempted burglary and other offences.
The Efit was compiled by a woman who was detained within the church at The Green, Stanford le Hope on December 16 around 3pm by the man. He spoke to her at length and then left after someone else arrived at the church.
The man who is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall, slim, athletic build, dark hair, with grey flecks, cut very short and aged around 40-45 years. He also had broad shoulders, prominent cheek bones and dark coloured eyes.
On the same day an attempted burglary took place at residential premises in Grosvenor Road, Orsett, where someone has attempted to break into the premises and caused damage. Police believe that this man may be linked to the offence.
