COMMUTERS returning to work after a long festive break were faced with a rush-hour hangover as trains were delayed.
C2C announced that: “Owing to signalling problems between Grays and Pitsea some lines are blocked.
Impact: Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 mins at short notice.
Disruption is expected until 09:30 06/01.
Customer Advice:Owing to signalling problems services between Pitsea and Barking via Tilbury are being disrupted.
Road replacement transport is in place.
Buses will replace trains between Pitsea and Grays until approximately 09:30
