RESIDENTS from a Purfleet housing development, made homeless after their houses suffered damage from the recent storms, have met with their MP.
A delegation met with Jackie Doyle-Price just a few days after a stormy meeting with the company (OM Property Management) charged with looking the dwellings.
Ms Doyle-Price told the group to contact the National House Building Council (NHBC).
The Thurrock MP, later went on Twitter to express her feelings on the matter.
She said: “Three years old and roof blew off at Christmas. Not the best advert for Bellway Homes and OM property management. All residents evacuated
“Hope OM and Bellway had a happier Christmas than the residents of Bridgland Road. Should put things right quickly”.
