THE President of Thurrock Hockey Club, Glenda Stephens, presented Shannon Harvey with her Jack Petchey Achievement Award, between her Ladies 3rd eleven game and the Mens’ 2nd team game.
Shannon began playing mini hockey at the age of eight and is now old enough to play in the Ladies team.
Mrs Stephens said: “Shannon confidently plays at senior level and shows the potential to play at higher levels. She is a committed club member who always attends training.
“She also helps with the catering and organisation of mini/youth tournaments haled at the club”.
