DETECTIVES from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate have launched a murder enquiry after a male teenager received serious injuries following an incident at a premises off Roseberry Road, Grays this morning (February 17).
Police were called at about 11am to a flat where they found the victim with knife wounds and gave immediate first aid, however he was declared deceased by medical staff a short while later.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at the premises and taken into police custody.
He has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
