EARLY Doors Productions is an Essex based Production Company, co-founded in the early part of 2010 with Martin Harris, Amy Clayton and Justin Cartledge.
But it wasn’t until 2011 that EDP put on their first show, No Sex Please We’re British!!!! A sell out!
Early Doors Production’s aim was always to produce the best in non-professional theatre. Choosing clever and demanding pieces such as, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, The 39 Steps, The Pink Panther, Dracula etc
EDP are extremely proud to announce full if not near sell-outs of all of their ventures so far.
Now days Amy Clayton pretty much runs everything for Early Doors Productions, with help from Justin Cartledge, Julie and Craig Salter.
Their next bar-setting extravaganza for March 2014 sees the team attempting the dramatic piece ‘Trainspotting’, a hard-hitting difficult and often frowned upon piece of multicultural art with a disturbing subject matter. Another challenge for the crew. WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE AND NUDITY.
Trainspotting the book was written by Irvine Welsh and the play has been addapted by Harry Gibson.
