UKIP’s MEP candidate and director of policy, Tim Aker was delighted at the results of the local elections for his party.
Mr Aker has run a long campaign and although his own vote will not be tallied up until Sunday, he was delighted at his party gaining a remarkable five seats to add to the seat of cllr Robert Ray.
