A127 Essex – A127 in South Essex closed and long delays London-bound between Dunton and Halfway House, because of an accident involving three vehicles, including a horsebox and recovery work.
Diversion in operation – long distance traffic heading towards the M25 is advised to use the A13, to avoid getting stuck in the tailbacks. Tailbacks for three miles. Congestion to Billericay.
