SUMMER is in full swing at Impulse Leisure with a wide range of activities available for kids in its summer holiday timetable. Fun splash, junior gym, street dance and urban rebounding are just some of the sessions on offer at Impulse’s three local centres in Thurrock, and this summer the team will also be hosting two events at Lakeside Shopping Centre.
On Tuesday 29th July and Tuesday 19th August you can visit Impulse Leisure’s summer stand inside Lakeside Shopping Centre, located near the Marks & Spencer entrance on level 1.
There will be fun activities for kids, giveaways, a prize draw with a top prize of a year’s free membership, golf tips and more. You’ll also be able to pick up the new summer leaflet, which details Impulse’s Junior Golf Days, a Summer School in association with ‘Move It Dance School’ and Crash Course Swimming Lessons.
Adults can sign up to the ‘What’s Your Goal?’ campaign, which encourages people to think about their health and fitness goals. Whether you’d like to get fit, tone up, lose weight or just feel good by getting more exercise, Impulse is confident it can help you achieve your goals. A membership advisor will be on hand to tell you all about membership options at Blackshots, Corringham and Belhus Park.
The Impulse team will also be at T-Fest 2014 on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July at Grays Beach Riverside Park; The Big Lunch in Grays Town Park on Wednesday July 30th; Tilbury Big Lunch on Saturday 30th August at Anchor Field, Tilbury and the Orsett Show on Saturday 6th September at Orsett Showground.
