FIRE CREWS were called to 20 tonnes of rubbish on fire in Turnpike Lane, West Tilbury.
At 20:12hrs on Wednesday July 30th, crews reported that steady progress was being made at the incident, crews used two hose reels and foam to extinguish the fire.
Update 20:32hrs: Fire crews are continuing to tackle the fire and are making steady progress at the incident.
Crews extinguished the fire by 20:53hrs.
