THURROCK’S UKIP candidate for next year’s General Election, Tim Aker, has outlined the party’s economic strategy.
Mr Aker is an East of England MEP as well as head of policy for UKIP.

In the interview, Mr Aker details a number of pledges that may well appear in the UKIP General Election manifesto in 2015.
These include: No tax on the minimum wage; Foreign aid to be reduced; Shrink the Department for Energy & Climate Change; A Veterans Department to bring all of the different support organisations under one roof.
