A SENIOR Thurrock councillor has put the blame for the cuts "imposed" on Thurrock Council firmly on the shoulders of the coalition government.
Portfolio holder for the environment, cllr Victoria Holloway took the opportunity at a cabinet meeting to make a passionate denouncement of the £37 million pounds worth of cuts that Thurrock must find over three years.
