ALBERT and Wyn England are very much the heart and soul of the Thurrock branch of the Burma Star.
However, time marches on and there are not many members these days and so the organisation is defunct.
The mayor of Thurrock, cllr Steve Liddiard made a presentation to Albert at a recent meeting of Thurrock Council.
