CHAIR Joy Ridgewell, with several members from the Thurrock Writers Circle attended the Chadwell Forum this month where their Anthology was put on sale.
Member Tina Thompson has had a letter published in the Lady Magazine telling about how she and her family live with her life as a sufferer of Epilepsy.
This led to a call from Radio Five and then Tina went on to speak of this with other people linking up on air to radio stations in Manchester and Surrey.
Several members have entered competitions and are waiting to see how their work will impress .
Stories and poems were read out. After a break for refreshment, a task was set for a short story of four hundred words with another competition in mind.
A four week Creative Writing project is being held at The Bridge Rd Adult centre in November members were asked if they would like to attend. .
