FIRE CREWS administered first aid and oxygen therapy to two adults suffering with burns to their arms and legs and from the affects of breathing in smoke following a chip pan fire.
Crews arriving at the scene at Faymore Gardens, South Ockendon reported that the fire was out on arrival. They cleared the property of smoke using a high pressure fan and made sure the kitchen was safe.
The casualties were left in the care of the Ambulance Service. The incident was dealt with by 20:43 hrs
