A MAN and woman are due to appear in court today after being charged in connection with 31 dwelling burglaries in Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire.
Ovidiu-constantin Plamada, 31, and Mariana Sandra, 43 both of High Road, Ilford, appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday November 5 after being charged with 11 counts of burglary and one charge of attempted burglary.
They have been further charged with conspiracy to commit dwelling burglaries between September 30 and November 4.
The charge relates to 26 burglaries in Essex – in Thurrock, Basildon, Brentwood and Epping Forest districts, three in Hertfordshire and two in Kent.
Plamada and Sandra are due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court today, Monday November 10.
