ESSEX Police are appealing for information about a burglary in Wharf Road, Stanford-le-Hope where property worth over £35 000 was stolen.
Thieves broke into the house through the garage sometime between 9am Friday November 14 and 5pm Monday November 17.
Eight bicycles were stolen, including a Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Elite with Hope Hoop Pro Evo 2 wheelset fitted (image 1), a Scott Pro 29er with Mavic Crossmax wheelset fitted (image 2) and a Scott Foil 20 with Mavic Cosmic wheelset fitted (image 3). Also stolen were electrical items and jewellery of high sentimental value to the victim.
