POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an incident in Albany Road, Tilbury, where a man received a cut to his face.
The victim, who is 29 and from the local area, believes he, was assaulted at around 4am on Wednesday, December 3.
It is not known how he was injured or who assaulted him. Any witness to the incident or anyone with any information is asked to contact Essex Police on 101.

The victim declined medical treatment and officers are attempting to obtain some further information from him about the attack.
