ESSEX Police would like the help of the public to trace a man wanted in connection with assault and harassment offences which took place in Grays.
Paul Victor Peart, 28, is described as a white man, 5ft 7ins tall, of slight build with green eyes and short brown hair. He has a London accent and tribal style tattoos on his left arm. He also three star tattoos on his lower right arm. He was last known to be living in a flat in Baxter Avenue, Southend, but is known to frequent Chelmsford, Kent, East Ham, Beckton and Dagenham.
The offences he is wanted in connection with took place in March, April and May this year.
