Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision involving two vehicles and five casualties, two were placed in the care of the Ambulance Service.
Fire crews completed their work at the scene by 16:14hrs.
The air ambulance was also called to the incident.

A128 Brentwood Road. REOPENED between A13 Stanford le Hope Bypass and A127 Southend Arterial Road following an earlier accident.

A128 Essex – A128 Brentwood Road closed and queuing traffic in both directions between Halfway House in Bulphan and Orsett Cock in Orsett, because of a serious accident involving two vehicles.
A127 Greater London – Heavy traffic on A127 eastbound between Romford in Upminster and Halfway House in West Horndon.
