A YOUNG boy was airlifted to hospital with serious leg injuries after being struck by a car in King Edward Drive in Grays.
The East of England Ambulance Service received a call at 3.22pm on Monday afternoon (March 9th).
An ambulance crew, paramedic in a rapid response vehicle, ambulance officer and the Herts Air Ambulance attended.
The 10-year-old was treated for a suspected broken pelvis and leg.
He was taken to the Royal London Hospital by the air ambulance for further treatment.
His condition is described as stable.
