A MAN has been taken to hospital with a suspected broken leg after an industrial accident in Essex.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received a 999 call at 11.39am today (March 9) from Askew Farm Lane, Grays.
An ambulance crew, a rapid response vehicle, and an ambulance officer attended the scene where a man in his twenties was injured when a metal sheet fell on his leg.
He was taken to Basildon Hospital for further treatment and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
