Statement from Essex Fire Service
Firefighters released one person trapped following a two vehicle RTC between junction 30 and 31 on the southbound carriageway of the M25.
Using one set of cutting equipment crews had cut the roof of the car and released the casualty by 12:29hrs

M25 Essex – Queuing traffic and long delays on M25 clockwise at J31 A1306 Arterial Road West Thurrock, because of an accident earlier on. All lanes have been re-opened. Congestion to J29, A127 (Romford).
A13 Essex – Very slow traffic on A13 westbound between the A1012 junction and Lakeside.

M25 Essex – M25 blocked and stationary traffic clockwise at J31 A1306 Arterial Road West Thurrock, because of an accident involving a lorry. Congestion to J30, A13 (Lakeside).
