CONTAINER logistics company Pentalver has relocated to a purpose built facility at Tilbury. The 6.6 acre facility at Berth 43, was built by the Port of Tilbury and strategically positioned nearer the London Container Terminal operations.

Pentalver has had a depot at the port of Tilbury for 7 years. The new depot has been equipped with automated equipment designed to minimise vehicle turnaround times. An additional new empty container handler has also been added to the Tilbury fleet.

Perry Glading, chief operating officer of Forth Ports said: “We have a great working relationship with Pentalver and we were keen to support their business by moving their operations to a new facility closer to our container terminal business.

"The new facility is a true partnership development and we are pleased to see the facility now fully open and operational".”
