SOMEBODY has stolen a set of goalposts from a front garden in Orsett Heath.
Six years ago, the same family were victims of someone feloniously appropriating the same goalposts from outside Sylvie Moore’s house on Orsett Heath Road.
Back in 2009, the perpetrators had a guilty conscience and gave them back.
So, we are hoping that those who took them this time, will also see the error of their ways.
They were stolen, liberated, borrowed, call it what you will between 10pm on Sunday May 24th and Monday morning May 25th.
Grays Athletic fans will remember Sylvie’s husband, Ken Moore, who was a loyal fan for many years, until he passed away a couple of years ago.
