THURROCK Swimming Club swimmers and William Edwards pupils Grace Bell, Megan Williams and Connor Smith raised £151.50 for Cancer Research UK by holding a bake sale on Friday 5th June at the Club’s Friday night “club night”.Â
The young entrepreneurs baked cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other sweet treats and raised the money for charity in their spare time. Thurrock Swimming Club were pleased to have been able to assist the youngsters in raising such worthy funds.
