ON Saturday 13th June, the Rotary Club of Thurrock Gateway joined forces with the Hathaway Academy Student Council and Interact Club to complete a Service Project .
The Service Project was organised to redevelop the Quad area within the Academy . Over 30 people including Rotarians , Hathaway Staff, Students and Parents worked tirelessly to create a warm and friendly environment.
Flower beds were made and flowers planted , a herb garden was sown and all of the surrounding area was repainted .
