A 15-year-old boy has been charged with motoring offences following an incident where quad bikes and motorbikes were being ridden on Blackshots playing fields in Grays.
He will appear before Basildon Youth Court on Tuesday, July 21.
The incident happened at around 6pm on Tuesday, June 16. An 18-year-old boy, also arrested at the time, has been bailed pending further police enquiries until Wednesday, July 29.
