THURROCK athlete, Hayley McLean grabbed a bronze medal in the British Champs in Birmingham today (Sunday).
The gold medal was taken by Olympian Eilidh Child in a very impressive 55.57. Second was Megan Beesley in 56.81.
Hayley McLean performed in a season best in 58.60.
110 metre hurdler, Khai Riley-Laborde got to the final. He struck the first hurdle but the experience will put him in good stead for the rest of the season.
