A THOUSAND-strong petition calling for improvements to the state of Chafford Hundred was handed over to Thurrock Council on Wednesday night.
Local resident, Anthony Coleman made a short speech to the assembled councillors, explaining that the petition was not just about litter but many other matters as well.
