A LONG running legal battle over a man who is alleged to have allowed his dog to defecate in Chafford Hundred has returned to court.
Paul Halcrow, 33, Plymouth Road, Chafford Hundred is pleading not guilty to two charges dating back to November 2014.
The case has been adjourned to August, 2015.
