A MAN from Chafford Hundred has pleaded guilty to defrauding Thurrock Council over housing benefit claims.
A court heard that Adewale Memuletiwon, (33) Triumph Close, Chafford Hundred twice failed to disclose (on 19 and 21st February, 2011) that he was a student which he was under a legal duty to disclose.
He will be sentenced at Basildon Crown Court at a later date.
